These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products offered by Bubble Auto on its website bubbleauto-shop.com. By placing an order on our site, you accept these GTC without reservation.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest precision. However, minor variations in the graphic representation (photos, colors) may exist. The images of the products are not contractual.

3. Price

- Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).

- Delivery costs are specified before validation of the order and vary depending on the destination and the delivery method chosen.

- Bubble Auto reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of validation of the order.

4. Orders

- An order is considered valid after receipt of full payment and confirmation by email.

- If a product is unavailable after validation, we will inform you as soon as possible to offer a replacement or refund.

- Bubble Auto reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, existing dispute with the customer, or for any other legitimate reason.

5. Payment

Payments are made via secure platforms. The accepted payment methods are:

- Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

- Paypal

- Other methods specified on the site

6. Delivery

- The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering.

- Delivery times are indicated when ordering, but may be affected by external factors (carrier, weather conditions, etc.).

- If you receive a damaged package, it is your responsibility to immediately report it to the carrier and to Bubble Auto within 48 hours.

7. Withdrawal and returns

In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error by Bubble Auto.

- Reimbursement will be made within 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned products.

8. Guarantees

All our products benefit from:

- The legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code).

- Guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

9. Liability

Bubble Auto cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage related to the use of the products, such as loss of profit or damage to image. Bubble Auto's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

11. Disputes

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Castres.
